In order to be able to enjoy meat products with a clear conscience during the wedding on Friday (vegetarian or vegan weddings are still rare), you need to obtain a dispensation. Special permission to eat meat in the venue of the wedding reception. It is given by the parish priest, where the ceremony is being held. This is important because sometimes we get married in a different parish. There is usually no problem obtaining this dispensation. And also economic, and even political in the case of high society. Now, it's our choice to get married. We only do it because we want to. If we want to throw a wedding on Friday, let's just do it. Someone must be in the rear guard!
