Termy Cieplickie is a swimming pool complex with SPA located in the Cieplice Śląskie-Zdrój district in Jelenia Góra. The bathing resort in Cieplice is distinguished by the use of thermal waters of exceptional temperature and chemical composition in its pools.
Cieplice Baths are very popular. Mineralized, fluoride-silicon waters are taken from the borehole at a depth of almost 2000 m, with a temperature of up to 89°C. The water is then cooled and diluted to make it safe for bathing while preserving its health benefits. Cieplice Baths attractions located in Szklarska Poręba (approx. 15 km), Karpacz (approx. 16 km) and the entire Karkonosze Mountains may seem to be a particularly attractive solution for visitors to the swimming pools.
According to legends, history Cieplice Baths dates back to 1175. At that time, Bolesław Wysoki, while chasing a deer, witnessed how a wounded animal jumped into the local waters. As a result, it healed in their stream. In practice, the tradition of spa waters in Cieplice dates back to 1281 and continues uninterruptedly to this day. This makes it one of the oldest facilities of this type in Poland.

Baths in Teplice they have a wide range of attractions. Both sports enthusiasts, families with children and people who want a bit of relaxation will have the opportunity to find something for themselves. In addition to thermal pools, there are also: a swimming pool, paddling pools for children, slides and outdoor swimming pools. Interestingly, the thermal baths are self-sufficient, thanks to the use of thermal water to heat the building.
The facility is available to visitors daily from 8:00 to 22:00. Prices range from PLN 20 to PLN 76, depending on the hourly range and the selected tariff. For those interested in an additional form of relaxation, the SPA is open from 9:00 to 22:00 for an additional fee. It is worth remembering that the offered treatments are performed between 12:00 and 20:00. On offer Cieplice Baths there are also combined tickets: swimming pool + SPA. Persons under the age of 13 may enter the swimming pool area only with a guardian.
