The Topacz Motor Museum in Ślęza is an ideal place for automotive enthusiasts, especially antique car and motorcycle models. Located in the Topacz Castle in the village of Ślęza, the Motor Museum near Wrocław, near the Bielany district, is very popular.
Topacz Motor Museum is a place where automotive fans will feel like in paradise. A great exhibition of cars is located in a beautiful palace complex - in the building of the carriage house at the Topacz Castle. The museum has about 130 unique models of vehicles - cars and motorcycles. At the exhibition, you can see the entire collection of pre-war cars - including some of the first cars, such as the Ford Model T. In addition, the exhibition includes models of cars produced from 1945 to 1989 in socialist countries (e.g. Syrena, Nysa, Fiat126), and also unique models of Western brands, produced after the war, or a collection of Polish-made motorcycles.
Interestingly, since 2012 Topacz Motor Museum is also the organizer of the Motoclassic Wrocław rally, held annually in August. During the event, it is possible to see the entire exhibition of the museum, as well as other unique vehicles that come especially for this event from all over Poland and from abroad. The best-maintained and presented vehicles are judged during the Contest of Elegance.
Topacz Motor Museum in Ślęza - information for tourists
Topacz Motor Museum can be visited from Monday to Sunday. On Monday - Friday it is open from 16:00 to 21:00, and on weekends from 12:00 to 21:00. Admission tickets to the exhibitions are PLN 15 - a normal ticket and PLN 7 - a reduced ticket. The museum's offer also includes a family ticket 2+2 or 1+2 for PLN 40. Children up to 2 years old have free admission.
Topacz Motor Museum is located on the A4 motorway, so getting there should not be a problem for you. The museum offers rental cars that are still technically sound for occasions such as weddings. It is worth knowing that in the winter season Lumina Park is open in the castle - a fairy-tale park of lights. During this time, you can buy combined tickets for both attractions - Topacz Motor Museum and to Lumina Park.
