According to the data, as many as 86% employees pay the most attention to remuneration. Favorable financial conditions offered by the company are able to keep the employee or encourage the candidate to take up a job. 

In second place was the relationship with the supervisor. As many as 75% of the respondents appreciate good relations with the boss, manager or other members of the management staff. The following issues are important to them: support from superiors, good horizontal communication and fair treatment of all employees. 

Slightly fewer respondents, ie 73%, mention the general sense of the sense of performed activities as an important aspect affecting job satisfaction. Employees want to feel that what they do is important for the development of the company. They want to feel needed and respected. 

A similar result was achieved by a friendly atmosphere (72%), which is good relationships in the company. Employees believe that it is definitely better to work in a company where there is a positive, relaxed atmosphere, the employees have a good attitude towards each other, there is no unhealthy competition between them, and the boss does not put much pressure on them. 

Next, the respondents give such elements as:

  • development opportunities offered by the company,
  • work-life balance, i.e. the ability to maintain a balance between career and private life,
  • team support and assistance
  • flexible working hours.

Caring for the satisfaction and joy of employees is a long-term benefit for the company. How can a satisfied employee contribute to the development of the company?
