RODO clause

Pursuant to Article 13(1) and (2) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and the repeal of Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), hereinafter referred to as "RODO" in the Manor Korona Karkonoszy Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością as Contractor/Contractor/Service Provider informs that:

  • The administrator of the personal data of the Customer, Principal is Dwór Korona Karkonoszy Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością, registered in: District Court for Wrocław-Fabryczna, IX Economic Division of the National Court Register under the KRS number: 0000154157, with its registered office at ul. Liczyrzepy 20, 58-564 Sosnówka k. Karpacz, NIP: 5210120262, REGON: 012505742,
  • In matters relating to data protection, the Client/Contractor may contact the Contractor/Contractor's Service Provider by e-mail at the following address: rodo@dwor-korona.pl or by post at the address of the data controller's registered office,
  • The personal data of the Customer/Contractor will be processed for the purpose of concluding the Agreement and fulfilling the Administrator's legal obligations arising from the conclusion of the said Agreement in accordance with the requirements of current law, on the basis of Article 6(1)(b) and (c) of the RODO,
  • The Customer's/Orderer's data may be made available to entities cooperating with the Administrator on the basis of contracts concluded or when this results from legal regulations,
  • The personal data of the Customer/Contractor will be stored for the duration of the Contract and after its termination in accordance with the provisions of generally applicable law in this regard,
  • The recipient has the right of access to the content of his/her data and the right to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, the right to data portability, the right to object,
  • The Contractor/Contractor/Service Provider but also the Client/Customer have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Data Protection Authority if they consider that the processing of personal data violates the provisions of the RODO.
  • The provision of personal data by the Customer/Ordering Party to the Contractor/Contractor/Service Provider is voluntary, but necessary for the conclusion of the Contract and the commencement of the cooperation between the parties,
  • The personal data of the Customer/Contractor will not be transferred to third countries or international organisations,
  • The personal data of the Customer/Contractor will not be processed by automated means, including profiling.
