There are many castles in Silesia, but one of them is clearly different from the rest - the Castle of Silesian Legends in P\u0142awna Dolna. The village has about 400 inhabitants and belongs to the Lubomierz commune. The castle looks like a castle from a fairy tale, and its interior tells about Silesian legends.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Castle of Silesian Legends<\/strong> is a place that combines the ideas of a puppet theater through which the legends of the Karkonosze Mountains are told. Inside the castle, we can admire almost human-sized puppets that we can set in motion with the help of ropes. The exhibition is accompanied by recordings telling the legends as history has remembered them - often they are dark or scary, which is worth bearing in mind when traveling with small children. Larger audiences may be delighted with the interaction and the legends themselves. In addition to it, on the other side of the street there is the Knights' Castle, the Knights' Hall, the Trojan Horse, the New Ark or the Time Machine. On site, we can also admire the gallery of fairy-tale paintings, which he is the author of. A particularly interesting attraction is Noah's Ark, whose interior design is based on recycled wood from local barns and houses.
