The mansion is located a short distance from Sosnowka Lagoon and the Church of St. Martin with a historic, very valuable rococo altar. There is a yellow trail next to the property, which leads to, among others, the historic building Chapel of St. Anna with the Spring of Happiness and to Karpacz, and going the other way, to the nearby picturesque one Prince Henry's Castle.

Dworska Restauracja draws inspiration from both traditional Polish cuisine and local Karkonosze cuisine, as well as culinary traditions of other countries. Its essence is based on the idea of slow food. This means that all dishes are prepared in a natural way, without the use of artificial additives and flavor enhancers. Fresh pasta, bread, meats and preserves are made on site from scratch. Some of the dishes are based on our own, original recipes using herbs from our own gardens. Self-prepared specialties of Dwór Korona Karkonosze include delicious breads, cheeses and olives in herbal pickles. Aromatic pâtés, flaming hams or delicious roasted meats will conquer the palates of even the most demanding guests, as well as unique fish soups and delicious pasta.

Coffee

You can also drink unique coffee on site Court of the Crown of the Karkonosze Mountains. This coffee was made from carefully selected beans growing in Costa Rica at high altitudes in an ecological environment (SHB - Strictly Hard Bean). This is the secret of its unique taste, in which dark chocolate is intertwined with the aroma of roasted almonds and cloves.

Sweet and salty preparations

Sweet preserves were created according to traditional recipes, from only natural ingredients. It is the careful and time-consuming processing process and the highest quality components that conjure up this unique taste that we know from childhood. Sweet treats include: blackcurrant jam, raspberry jam and low-sugar rhubarb jam as well as redcurrant jelly, cherry jam and raspberry syrup.

In turn, delicious vegetable preserves are perfect as snacks or additions to dinner. Their natural taste is enriched with specially selected spices and additives, without the use of artificial flavors, dyes and preservatives. Particularly noteworthy are "Krokodylki", i.e. spicy cucumbers with garlic and chili peppers, and pepper salsa with chili and garlic, which will turn any dish into an exquisite and exotic dish. It is also worth trying the old Polish combination of flavors, i.e. lingonberry with pear, which will be perfect as an addition to meats and cheeses.

The guests of Dwór Korona Karkonoszy admire the over 100-year-old, carefully restored building Court Ballroomand. It has a white, wooden vault, suspended as much as 9 meters above the ground! In combination with the carmine color of the walls, we get a unique atmosphere for all kinds of events, whether corporate or family. The room is 190 m2 and can therefore accommodate up to 170 guests. It also has an internal mezzanine - Cafe Library, and just below it there is an intimate Scena Pub, where we can have a coffee or a drink. The interior is fully air-conditioned or heated, depending on the season. They are also worth noting Sommelier Club with a Bavarian fireplace, decorated in the style of 19th-century English gentlemen's clubs and Golden Hall, dazzling with its decor from the moment you enter. 

Gardens of the Crown of the Karkonosze Manor

Beautiful gardens with over a hundred species of plants are a real decoration of Dwór Korona Karkonoszy. In the warm months, the garden café with a fountain is at guests' disposal. There are e.g. Benches of Love, the Center for Outdoor Events, where outdoor events are organized, and the Rose Garden with a fountain. In the middle, there is Perła w Koronu, a special gazebo on a hill with a view of the Karkonosze Mountains, where beautiful weddings civil and humanities.
